I would like to thank the whole staff of Cordelia RV Center for a wonderful shopping experience of our first travel trailer purchase. From the initial call in to see if an appointment was needed to shop. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Once we arrived we were met by our sales advisor, Big John. Big John made sure to listen to my wife and I, on what features and benefits were important to us. He quickly qualified our needs/wants and showed us the perfect trailer to make our new memories in. Big John was friendly, professional, and patient, he made sure to answer all our questions. Every team member we came in contact with at Cordelia RV, made us feel like we were welcomed and part of their family. I appreciated and enjoyed the no pressure sales and high level of customer service shown to us. Tammy in the financing department was great, she ensured all questions were answered along with explanation of all warranties and follow-up. The service department was equally awesome, Jackie called and scheduled the day for us to pick up our trailer along with ensuring the additional requested services were performed. The day of the pickup we met with both Jackie and Greg. Both were welcoming and pleasant to work with. Greg provided the walk through and made sure to tell us everything we needed to know about our trailer and how to use it. Greg was outstanding and patient while explaining every feature of the trailer. Jackie was fantastic she made sure we felt at home at the service department and ensured no question was left unanswered. She also provided us information on local/regional camping sites/services. Dave the technician was also superb, he provided clear instructions on hooking up the trailer, and even demonstrated the "Do's and Don'ts" of hooking and unhooking the trailer. Lastly, I would like to praise the hiring staff of Cordelia RV for hiring such great people to take care of their customers. I feel comfortable recommending anyone to Cordelia RV, along with close friends and family for their RV purchasing needs/wants.

We came down to Cordelia RV Center today and met with J.C. And Michael today to look at a new Outdoors RV. These two men were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It was a joy to purchase from Cordelia RV!

After I reviewed the excellent sales experience in November when we purchased our Class C Coachmen Leprechaun 270QB, I would like to give a shoutout today to the Service Team of Cordelia RV. Greg patiently explained everything to us nervous RV newbies from black tank to TV to generators and encouraged us to ask questions. We were the last ones scheduled for an inspection and had plenty of time to get familiar with the “Garlic Princess” as our granddaughter baptized our new RV. Without any discussion, Greg and his team replaced a missing clip on the safety net of the cabover which we noticed and repaired the loose end of the ceiling cover in the cabover. I would like to thank Cordelia Service for their excellent job they did today to take our nervousness away and explain everything we need to know about our RV. I would also like to thank the friendly young lady in the parts shop where we burned the $ 50 gift card we had received. Together with the new hoses and tools that were in the RV and the purchases we made today; we are all set. We look forward doing more business with Cordelia RV.
